It's clearly a software issue, but even when I make as close to exact replica of the software where it does work - it stops working. Owner’s Manuals, requesting a repair, software updates and warranty information are all just a click away. Finding answers and information is easy with LG online service and support. I just can't explain any of these behaviors. Whether you need to register your product, communicate with an LG Support Representative, or obtain repair service. Klmoouflt.sys (Kaspersky specific driver?)Īll of these are present on all computers tested. sys drives that are being used are generic. No other computer has detected this monitor when connected. I created a system image of this working computer and placed it on another computer - this computer does not detect the monitor when it is connected. On the one computer that it does work on, there is a "Mouse" device called LG something or other. The device drivers (UPDD 4.1.40 from Touch-Base) are installed, but appear to do nothing regardless. But despite my best efforts I can not get this device to work on any configuration except one - and I don't even know how I got it to work on that device either, my boss tells me he went to try and see if he could get it working after I left for the night and found it was working (magical tech support fairies?) and I did not believe him, but he insists. Whether you need to register your product, communicate with an LG Support Representative, or obtain repair service. So I have this LG Flatron T1710 touch screen computer which operates over USB.
